It is a well-known fact that mix marriages (between two people of different cultures or nationalities), emigration and/or divorce cases destabilize the one whom must submit him/herself to a foreign jurisdiction or refuses the culture of the country of residence. The strong feeling that his/her parents rights are not recognized as they would be in his/her own country or the inability to adjust to that new country lead this person towards global rejection of everything and everyone related to that country. Whether or not this person admits to be wrong, he/she does not accept the foreign Court decision, denies his/her country of residence and considers his/herself as a victim.
 
 

In other cases, and particularly in this one, only premeditation and cynicism have lead to the kidnapping. The cults are also responsible for many cruel decisions.

This person is playing a bad movie, forcing his children to be part of it. Unfortunately, this is real life, not a movie.

The facts:
 
 

1. Since the legal separation in 1994, the fathers visitation rights have always been respected. At the time of the separation, Francine is pregnant with her second son Jonas born on July 24, 1995. The judge orders a psychiatric evaluation for all family members. Custody to the mother is confirmed in August 1996. The medical experts describe the father as "disturbing" and the Youth Protection Services recommend supervised visitations.

2. The father, who is furious not to have custody of the children since the divorce, threatens to abduct them in front of the judge! The judge does not react as well as he will not react later when the mother will express her worries regarding this issue.

3. The father is a Jehovah witness, which complicates the situation. The children are taken three times a week in propaganda meetings. Francine has never been part of the Jehovah witnesses. This explains the roots of the conflict.

4. Michel SOULIER is excluded from the Jehovah witnesses for the second time right before he remarries a Brazilian woman with whom he will have his sixth child. The three first children are from his first Swiss spouse and are now between 25 and 29 years old.

5. Mrs. SOULIER #3, Claudia GALVAO COSTA SOULIER, has willingly joined the Jehovah witnesses in order to be married in June 1998. Her daughter was born short after the wedding. This woman is from Cabo (Pernambuco), south of Recife in Brazil.

6. Mathias, 7 years old, did not want to go anymore to the cults meetings where he was taught not to play with other children. The father then, demonstrated violence several times against the mother in the presence of the kids or in front of their house.

7. Michel SOULIER went to Brazil after his third wedding (June 1998) and bought a house. He was already preparing the kidnapping.

8. Saturday, March 13, 1999, the father joins a ski trip organized by the mother without being invited. It was then 8 months that he did not have any contact with his children or the mother. During a break, he coldly kidnaps Mathias and Jonas with the help of his new wife and abandons his vehicle in the ski station. Francine who was worried checked that the vehicle was still there and felt reassured for a while. She was wrong.

9. It is only after she had filed charges for the abduction of her children that Francine will find out that:
 
 

a) Michel SOULIER had decided to move to Brazil with his third wife.

b) that he had given his business along with all its debts, his two cars and his house to the children born out of his first marriage

c) That he had shipped a container with all his belongings to Curitiba, Brazil.
 
 

10) INTERPOL issues immediately an international warrant for the arrest of Michel SOULIER.
 
 

This is a modern form of torture that affects children differently than physical torture, but still has devastating effects on the childs development, on the mothers image, on the womens image in general.

It will take long and painful efforts to change Mathias and Jonas false idea of a scary world full of lies where law is the enemy and where women are a threat to children and men.

The pain and suffering from the mother in France and her family in Guadeloupe are not to be forgotten.
 
 

Who would believe that this man is:

1) Using his 7 and 3 years old sons for his personal religious purpose and needs of domination!

2) That he is talking to his sons about her mother as a liar, a thief, a prostitute sent by Satan that will burn in hell!

3) That he has told the psychiatrists that it would not be good for the children to be raised by an amoral mother and that they needed to be taken away from her, as they would have to be taken away from a serious desease (extract from the psychiatric evaluation)!

4) That he refers to the mother as a "NEGRO" in front of his sons!

5) That he has denied Jonas as his son several times because he has blue eyes! Yet he is asking for sole custody because he says that the two brothers should not be separated (extract from the psychiatric evaluation)!

6) That he is harassing his ex-wife in a way similar to psychological tortures and blackmail?
