	Alexandre (Jerome)FOURNIER-Simu born the 24th of July 1993 in Perth (Australia) ******** KIDNAPPED BY HIS FATHER Mircea ( Radu ) SIMU Alias DON REMY born the 11th of October 1943 at Sibiu (Romania)	Free ! and come back in Switzerland ! Chilsd in danger again !

This person is playing in a bad film and is forcing his 5 years old son to play a role in it. Unhappily, life is not a film.

THE FACTS:

1. The mother, Myriam FOURNIER, a Swiss nurse, meets the father in Switzerland, in 1989. This one lives in Geneva ( Switzerland ) since 1979, with a status of political refugee from Romania. Independant art critic, he does not really work, obtaining his income from an unknown source. He has another son ( 16 years old in 1998 ) who lives in Geneva with his mother and who refuses to meet his father since 1997.

2. The couple get married in 1992, in Switzerland. The relationship is pathological ; he starts to beats her and also threats to kill her ( he did try twice : the first time with a gun, the second time by strangulation ). He uses psychological harassing as well.

3. In 1993, the father decides to leave for Australia. He had succeeded to get a migration visa, also valid for his wife. Three months pregnant, the mother immigrates with him, despite some important conflicts.

4. Two months after their arrival in Perth (Australia ), the couple has an important argument . The father, who until that moment refuses to participate in the couple's expenses, suggests to squeeze some money out of the mother's parents. Then the mother parts from her husband. For two years ( from 1993 to 1995 ), the mother lives with the child in Perth. The father visits regularly Alexandre, even if he never contributes towards raising him.

5. In 1994, to the mother's request, the divorce is pronounced in Perth. The divorce is also recognized in Switzerland, but has to be completed by a decision concerning custody, visit rights, maintenance. Australia processes the question relating to custody of the children in a separate procedure.

6. In May 1995, the mother goes back to Switzerland, with Alexandre. The father does not oppose to that decision. All of them ( father, mother and Alexandre ) get the Australian citizenship.

7. In may 1997, the father comes back to Switzerland too. Then the mother engages a procedure to clarify Alexandre's situation. From that time, the father does not stop to delay the decision, accusing the mother to be incompetent and using many other lies. Finally, in August 1995, he requires for himself Alexandre's custody. The custody is temporarily granted to the mother in October 1995 . The risk of kidnapping is mentioned. Despite of her fears, under the pression of the justice which refuses to to take some preventive measures and eventuelly to suspend the visitation rights, the mother allows the father to visit his son.

8. Without waiting for the final decision of the Family Court, THE FATHER KIDNAPPED ALEXANDRE JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS 1997. He gives once some news, on the phone, the 14th January 1998. Alexandre believes that he is on holiday, his father says : "Mum can come to see you whenever she wants, isn't it ?" During this conversation, the father says to the mother "I'll go up to the end ". The mother has the time to explain his 5 years old boy : "Alexandre, you're not on holidays, your dad has robbed you. You must tell that everybody you see". Taking his mum at her word, Alexandre puts down the phone and repeats someone (not his father) the sentence. After that communication, the mother does some investigations and situates the origin of the call somewhere in Sydney .

9. The father has no family in Australia. His mother, widow, living in Bucarest (Romania), has no news as well.

10. The mother has undertaken all the national and international procedures (the Hague Convention) to localize and repatriate Alexandre.
 

This is a modern form of torture, the effects of which, while not comparable to physical torture, are nonetheless devastating, immediately and in the long term, to the child's development.

It's a pity, really, that Alexandre is forced not to enjoy anymore the love of all his family , the very important relationship he had with his grand parents . In addtion, he has been brutally taken away from his way of life and from all the the persons and things which constituted his frame of reference.
 
 

WHO COULD BELIEVE OF THIS MAN: 

1. makes Alexandre believe that his mother can come to see him whenever she wants, whereas she doesn't know where his son is living at the moment ?

2. lets Alexandre talk on the phone with his mum once only and for 3 minutes since January 1998 ?

3. threated to go up to the end in such a peremptory way that the violences already done to the mother make fear for Alexandre's life ?

4. obtained a passport for the child by falsifying the mother's signature ?

5. got this document in July 1997, this meaning that he premeditate his act even before to request Alexandre's custody to the Judge ?
